Biography

Ms. Burns serves as an Associate Project Manager and financial lead for projects and programs within the division. Her experience includes organizing and leading large, complex and high-risk proposals, acting on behalf of Project/Program Manager for contractual and financial issues, and assists Project Managers and Principle Investigators across directorates with setting division policies on business development opportunities.
