Kenton Rod has over 10 years of experience in soil chemistry, hydrology, and pedology. Since joining PNNL in 2006, his work has focused primarily on changes to the mineralogy and architecture of porous media and the resultant influence on the fate and transport of solutes, colloids, and nano-colloids. His research has included investigations of natural soils and sediments, as well as engineered materials both in the laboratory and in the field. This work has been conducted to answer questions in the energy, forestry, and agriculture sectors.
